Who processes the data

The controller is Jakub Marciniak, trading as Kraftscript, Poznań, Poland. Contact: kontakt@kraftscript.pl.

What I collect and why

• Quote form: name, e-mail address, optionally phone, company name and a description of what you need. Collected in order to prepare a quote and reply. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• E-mail correspondence: whatever you write. Basis: my legitimate interest in corresponding with someone who contacted me.
• Visit statistics: aggregate, without identifying individuals. No profiling, no selling of data.

How long I keep it

Form data: for the duration of the conversation about working together and one year afterwards. Contract and invoice data: for the period required by tax law. Then it is deleted.

Who processes it on my behalf

• Site hosting and form handling - Cloudflare.
• E-mail delivery - the mail provider and the sending service.

There is a processing agreement with every party that handles data on my behalf. Processing happens inside the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it and object. One message to kontakt@kraftscript.pl is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. There are no social network scripts and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
