One person, not an agency
Jakub Marciniak. I design, code and ship myself - so I answer for the whole thing, not for my slice of it.
I built and ran a technology startup. I raised 140 000 PLN in funding, brought in the first group of users and ran the sales conversations myself - from cold calls to negotiating terms. That is experience you cannot pick up by building websites alone.
I also ran a PWA rollout on the business side: gathering requirements, drawing mockups, holding the scope and translating between the company and the team building it. A website is the same job - turning how a company works into something that can be built and then managed.
Today I design and code websites for companies. I work alone, so I take on as many projects as I can do properly - and I say plainly when I am not the right choice.

Before I built websites I was the one making the calls, and I heard “no” far more often than “yes”. That is why I ask about your sales before I ask about colours.
How I work
Three things I hold to

I say how long it takes and hold the date
The date goes into the quote and I treat it as a commitment. If something slips, you hear about it the day I see it, not on the day of delivery.

I do not leave you inside a closed system
The domain and hosting sit on your accounts. The code is yours. If you ever move to someone else, I hand everything over without haggling.

I talk you out of it when it makes no sense
A budget that will not cover the scope, an idea that does not answer the problem - you hear that during the call, not after signing.
The simplest test is a call. Thirty minutes is enough to know whether you want to work with this person.
